Marcos is a painter.

He has been, among other things, an architect, dry-cleaner, soldier, lifeguard, corporate man, U.N. liaison officer, teacher, carpenter, and dishwasher.

His paintings deal with the past and its burden, with tyranny, mystery, comedy, life, and mortality.  He tries to correct things.  His sources are myths, classic Hollywood cinema, art history, and images snatched from social media.
